Weekly – Press Release

by Admin March 2, 2024

The new month came with lots of exciting expectations from Deraa teasing with a music capsule release, to the label preparing for their major community work, and the exceptional activities of sub companies working with us. We spoke to our CEO yesterday read below for full presser:

SF Reporter: Good morning Mr Andy, Deraa has teased us with a capsule release has there been a particular date set for it?

Mr Andy: We are definitely doing something this March. We’ve built enough momentum. After the release of the source refix, there was a lot of attention from that acoustic performance. It has just been an exciting 2024 our marketing has come with a lot of direction and impact.

SF Reporter: the title stated by DERAA says “Road boy” and “Mask on”. Do you have an idea on these projects or sharing what they might look or sound like?

Mr Andy: well, it’s definitely not a romance song from its titles. Deraa has been exceptional with speaking about reality and this is what we want to actually do connect to people and impact their lives. From the snippets he freestyled or preformed online, you would notice he swings more towards talking about the experience of every street hustler out there and this is the level of impact we are seeking to focus on in 2024.

SF reporter: Mask on has a nostalgic sound and even made it to a tiktok category on that. Is this intentional?

Mr Andy: well like I told you , the job of our company is to impact. If it’s not connecting to people personally and uplifting their soul then it’s not from SmallFace. I see the excitement already but I do rather say just wait till you hear the full song.

SF Reporter: Are we expecting major visuals for this?

Mr Andy: well the team is working hard, we are also broadening our promotional reach beyond spotify where we’ve done an exceptional job in 2023.

SF reporter: there has been discussions about a community service job coming in April, Mr Andy we are fully aware that the company has been engaging in this community service in diaspora. Do you think this year’s will touch Nigeria?

Mr Andy: Most definitely and that is why we want to make it a big deal surely not for the camera but if we can market our music to a society we don’t give back to what’s the essence of being a company. We are touching lives with music, and we are also doing it with the resources we have.

SF reporter: Thank you Mr Andy for having us today we can’t wait to hear the new records.
