Dera also serves as a direct mentor to most of the Seeds, offering clarity, support, and strategic guidance. With a sharp mind for systems and a grounded presence, he helps translate vision into sustainable action — embodying the rhythm that keeps SmallFace Records growing strong.

George Michael wears many hats at SmallFace Records — and wears them well. As the SFR Dance Academy President, a passionate dancer, artist manager, and photographer, he brings energy, discipline, and heart to every corner of the creative space. He’s a natural leader and community builder, known for his tireless support of rising talent and his ability to organize powerful moments of expression and unity. George is also the founder of Owl Photography and Universal, blending artistry and vision into everything he touches.

Founder of Etemudia Films, Victor brings both technical mastery and emotional storytelling to every frame. As head of digital activities, marketing, and packaging, Kalistus keeps the gears turning with precision and power. His strategy-first mind and energetic execution give SmallFace its rhythm online. He also runs Kbatch Distributions and curates standout Spotify playlists like Fresh Finds Naija, bridging underground sound with global ears.
