At the heart of SmallFace’s structure and soul, Dera Allison holds it down as Technical Director. A skilled writer and natural communicator, he leads the company’s internal operations — managing administration, staff coordination, hiring, program development, and overall workflow. Dera also serves as a direct mentor to most of the Seeds, offering clarity, support, and strategic guidance. With a sharp mind for systems and a grounded presence, he helps translate vision into sustainable action — embodying the rhythm that keeps SmallFace Records growing strong.

George Michael wears many hats at SmallFace Records — and wears them well. As the SFR Dance Academy President, a passionate dancer, artist manager, and photographer, he brings energy, discipline, and heart to every corner of the creative space. He’s a natural leader and community builder, known for his tireless support of rising talent and his ability to organize powerful moments of expression and unity. George is also the founder of Owl Photography and Universal, blending artistry and vision into everything he touches.

Victor Etemudia is the visual eye of SmallFace Records. As our Cinematographer and Visuals Production Manager, he’s behind the lens of over 15+ original creative works produced within the past three years — shaping the aesthetic identity of our projects with precision and flair. Founder of Etemudia Films, Victor brings both technical mastery and emotional storytelling to every frame. His commitment to detail, mood, and movement has helped define the visual legacy of the SmallFace creative universe.
Philip Adefemi (Soundpure)
Producer & Sound Engineer
Philip Adefemi, professionally known as Soundpure, is the sonic architect behind many of SmallFace Records’ signature sounds. With over 10+ tracks produced for the label, his influence runs deep through the heart of our music. Known for his rich, layered production and precision engineering, Soundpure has been instrumental in shaping the soundscape of the company’s catalog. His close collaboration with Superstar Deraa has birthed standout records like Indigo Child, Road Boy, Level Up, and more — proof of a producer who doesn’t just make beats, but moments.
